Library Media


The Library Media Center is the heart of Cooper School. Students visit the media center on a weekly basis with their class. Students are also encouraged to visit the media center during the school day, with teacher permission, to check out books or use the resources of the library. During their scheduled class time, students are instructed in library and research skills based on 21st Century Information Literacy Skills and English SOLs. The AASL National Standards for the 21st Century Learner Standards are listed below.
